The Women in STEM Book Club is two for two with great conversations and we’ve got another one for March!
The Women in STEM book club will meet on Zoom on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 6pm. Our second book, The Other Einstein, was a first-person, dramatized take on the life of Einstein’s first wife, Mileva Marić! It made all of us look at history a little differently and question just how much Mileva contributed to the world of physics, and what more she could have done if she only lived in a different time. (Or had a more supportive husband!)
We have one more book in our Women in STEM series before we break for Dark Skies (preview below)!
March 24th: Galileo’s Daughter by Dava Sobel
We recommend reaching out to your local book store, such as Eagle Harbor Books, and ordering a copy.
If you’re interested in joining us, please sign up via zoom here: Zoom Registration
