Please note due to compatibility issues beyond our control if you are on an Apple iOS device or using Safari as your browser you will need to uncheck the box for “Prevent cross-site tracking” option. On a computer/laptop go to Safari > Settings (or Preferences) > Privacy: uncheck (empty box, instead of a check). On an iOS device (iPhone/iPad) go to Settings, scroll down to “Safari”, scroll down to “Prevent Cross-Site Tracking” and disable that radio button. Or you can try a different browser; Chrome seems to work just fine 🙂
